This event will focus on coping skills and empowering youth to increase their self-esteem and self-awareness as they navigate through life challenges. Teens can expect to be encouraged, uplifted, empowered and inspired through small group interactions, creative expression opportunities, tips for depression and suicide prevention and exercises focusing on self-care. 

This event is free and open to teens aged 13 - 18. Teens can earn community service hours by participating in this event.
