Join us for the Virtual Turkey Trot. We have "gone virtual" to protect the health and safety of our participants and community. The upside is that literally, EVERYONE can be a part of the largest Turkey Trot in the world.

You may use any app to track your activity (Strava, MapmyRun). You must complete 3.1 miles (5 kilometers). Once you complete the run you will come to the Desoto Recreation Center to claim your Turkey Trot T-shirt. You will show your app to the attendant to verify you completed the run/walk.

DeSoto has great trails such as the Roy Orr Trail, DeSoto Ranch Nature Trail, and several walking trails at many DeSoto parks. Make it fun and do a route in your neighborhood and get your neighbors involved.
