We are kicking off an exciting new reading initiative on August 20 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. This event is for ages 4 to 12 years old. This will be an evening of fun filled festivities that will include a library tour, crafts, a dance party, and plenty of food because we will be barbecuing.

All participants will be issued a library card so that the youth team that is able to read the most books will be issued a library card so that the youth team that is able to read the most books will be our prized winner. Please come out and join us on at the DeSoto Public Library located at 211 E. Pleasant Run Rd.
