Ever wanted to jump into a fire truck, beep the horn of semi, crawl into a Humvee, or stand in a cherry picker? Now is your chance. Get up close & personal with various types of work trucks! This event will be behind the library along the north side back driveway.

No animals here... It's a musical extravaganza! The Dallas Symphony Orchestra will bring an orchestra of instruments for kids to touch & explore up close. - Monday, July 3rd: African American Museum Presents...
Dr. W. Marvin Dulaney will share the fascinating history of the African American Museum of Dallas & discuss several of it's popular exhibits with slides, artifacts, & brochures. - Monday, July 10th: Bubble Show
Children's Entertainer Brett Roberts, bubble extraordinaire, will WOW kids & parents alike with his scientific explorations into BUBBLES! - Monday, July 17th: Puppet Show
Ms. Linda Lee & her puppet, "Ms. Barbara" of the DeSoto Artist Lab will perform a singing & ventriloquist act about knowing one's self & potential. - Monday, July 24th: Bonton Farms
Is it a farm... or is it a community?? Why not both? Find out about this innovative urban farm bringing southern Dallas together. Oh... and they are bringing live farm animals too! - Monday, July 31st: Summer Showcase
Tweens who where part of the "Mindfulness & Movement" Classes and the "Latin Dance" Classes will show off their new skills with several performances!
