The DeSoto Public Library is celebrating National Autism Acceptance Month with the 5th Annual Spectrum Party! This Saturday, April 1 (6:30 PM - 8:30 PM) event has crafts, activities, and experiences focused on sensory exploration for families with loved ones on the spectrum and other special needs.

Some of the activities include:

• Glow in the dark art with "Da Artsy Bus"
  • It's a Neon Party...sprinkled with splatters and splashes of paint!
• Bubble wrap dance party
• Bubbles and balloon rooms
• Sensory bins and sensory walls
• Obstacle course
• Puzzles and crafts
• Tasting trays
• Calming Zones

  • Quiet tent
