Moseley Pool

Announcement for Summer 2019: Open June 1 - August 11

Pool will be closed during the week of August 5 - 9


Moseley swimming pool is a water park-type pool, with concession, restrooms, lockers and shade areas. The pool is zero-depth entry, includes two giant slides, spray stations, raindrops, tea cups and a lap swimming area.

The pool is open for use by the general public and monitored by a friendly, experienced, and certified staff of lifeguards.
  

Pool I.D. Cards

     
  • Previously issued id cards will be honored during the pool season .
  • Receive residency rates with the following card:  (DeSoto Recreation/Fitness Pass)
  • Receive residency rates with current drivers license and DeSoto ISD School ID card.
  • Everyone, including spectators, must pay to enter the pool area.

Entry Fees

  
  • Cash (no bills over $20) and all major credit cards will be accepted
  • No outside food and drinks
  • No refunds

Volunteer Junior Lifeguard Program

This program is designed for young teens to acquire an essential life skill. There are several advantages in joining the Junior Lifeguard Program.
  • First-aid
  • CPR
  • Pool safety and rescue techniques
  • Develop teamwork

Park Rules


  1. No running
  2. No smoking
  3. No glass containers
  4. No alcohol
  5. All children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18
  6. All swimmers must wear appropriate swimsuit attire
  7. No cut-offs
  8. No thongs
  9. Children requiring flotation devices must stay within arms length of an adult
  10. No diving
  11. No rough play
  12. Do not distract lifeguards
  13. Moseley Pool is not responsible for lost or stolen items
  14. No loitering
  15. No pets allowed
