Hello and welcome to the City of DeSoto’s Community Survey information page.
In the summer of 2020, the City of DeSoto turned to the ETC Institute to administer our City’s first community survey in more than a decade. ETC is a widely respected survey provider that has surveyed more than 5 million people in 1,000 cities since 2010. They have also conducted research for more major US cities than any other firm.
DeSoto’s Community Survey was designed to gather input and feedback from our residents on the City of DeSoto’s many programs and services. The information and data that the survey generated will be used to improve existing programs and services and help us to determine long-range planning and investment decisions for DeSoto.
