We will enhance the quality of life for our residents by partnering with the community to reduce crime and solve problems. Our mandate is to conduct ourselves with professionalism and excellence to maintain public confidence.
ONLINE REPORTING:
In an effort to give our citizens every avenue to the department’s compliment or complaint process, the department has opened the ability to file both online. All compliments or complaints filed online will be reviewed by Internal Affairs and forwarded to the proper supervision for additional review. An online complaint will still be investigated but no administrative action will be taken against the employee in compliance with TX Govt Code 614.022 and 614.023. In the online form below, you are NOT required to leave your identifying information and this form WILL NOT collect that information automatically. However, if you seek to be contacted by the department, your information will be needed.
