The Action Center was created to provide citizens with a hassle-free method of obtaining information and requesting city services. Just one call to 972.274.CITY (2489), and residents can be assured of being referred to the right department, right away, the first time. 

Report a Problem

You may enter a service request online, or call the Action Center and give the address or location of your concern, describe the situation and the Action Center will route the request to the proper department for investigation. You will receive a response by mail, telephone or e-mail.

Mobile Action Center

iPhones and Androids will need to download a free app. You can download the Android or iPhone app by searching for "My DeSoto" in the Market or iTunes. Once the app is installed on your smartphone, simply open the application, select an issue from the dropdown list, and take a picture – the application knows the location and who can fix it.
Although the Action Center will make sure that your request is responded to in a timely manner, not all requests or complaints can be solved immediately. Some may require extensive planning or financing.
