Arrest Warrant Status
If your case is in Arrest Warrant status the following options are available: 

• Post a cash or surety bond for another court date, pay the fines due in full.
• Turn yourself in at the Regional Jail located in the Police Department at 714 E. Belt Line Road in DeSoto.

Capias Pro Fine Warrant Status
If your case is in Capias Pro Fine Warrant status the following options are available: 

• Pay the fines due in full.
• Turn yourself in at the Regional Jail.
• Defendants may receive postcards and door tags for cases in warrant status.

Tickets in warrant status are eligible for online payment, however, please be aware that if you are paying a ticket that is in warrant status it takes one business day for a warrant to clear in the system. Be sure to print your receipt and keep it with you, especially on a weekend. If an officer pulls you over, he or she may not immediately be aware that you have paid your fine, and you may be arrested.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards and debit cards which have the Visa or MasterCard logo on them. You may also pay with your checking account. Payment is posted immediately.
