The Human Resources Department provides planning, implementation and maintenance of an ongoing human resources program that includes recruitment, examination and selection of personnel, and personnel policies and procedures.

Additional services provided by this department include conducting surveys and studies of fringe benefits, and representing the City in human resources matters.

Our Goal
Human Resources' goal is to administer and monitor the operations of the department, design and implement incentive programs for the employees and to recruit the most qualified personnel.
