Overview
The purpose of the DSC is to accumulate and manage monies and properties donated or purchased for the use and benefit of the Senior Citizens of the Greater DeSoto area through the City of DeSoto Senior Activity Center, 204 Lion St., DeSoto, TX 75115, and adjacent parklands, and through other properties designated for Senior Citizen use. Members of the DeSoto Senior Activity Center must be a citizen of the Greater DeSoto Area and a minimum of fifty-five years of age.
Meeting Schedule
The Board of Directors will hold regular meetings quarterly during the months of January, April, July and October on the 2nd Thursday at 1:00 p.m. These meetings will be held in the DeSoto Senior Activity Center unless otherwise communicated to the members, by the president, in writing at least fourteen days in advance.
