The City Council, following a recommendation from the DeSoto Arts Commission, has offered an arts grant to the African-American Repertory Theater who will serve as the new resident theater company at the DeSoto Corner Theater. The founders of this new theater company, Irma P. Hall, Regina Washington, and Vince McGill.
