  • Prepare Annual Budget and submit for GFOA Distinguished Budget Award
  • Administer adopted budget and prepare monthly financial analysis report for the City
  • Manage cash and investments
  • Manage bond and debt service payments
  • Develop and submit Comprehensive Annual Financial Report to GFOA for Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting

  • FY 2007 Budget preparation
  • Alarm permit billing program
  • Written accounting policies and procedures (cash receipts, accounts payable, payroll, cash management and general ledger)
  • Capital projects reporting
  • Customer payments by credit cards
  • Annual Conversion for GASB 34 governmental financial reporting requirements
