  1. Revise Nance Farm Master Plan
  2. Update the zoning for Nance Farm
  3. Work with the Community and Council to complete construction design
  4. Secure competitive construction bids and execute a construction contract
  5. Manage construction of design improvements

Quarter One Update:

Updates have been made to the Master plan incorporating suggestions collected through surveys, and will be presented to council at the February 19th council meeting.
