On Tuesday, November 23, 2021, Dallas County Health and Human Services reported a 3-day total of 679 new Positive 2019-Novel-Coronavirus-COVID-19-Cases. 567of those cases were confirmed and 112 were probable. There were also 12 deaths. There have been 8,706 cumulative cases of COVID-19 in the City of DeSoto between the start of the Coronavirus Pandemic and last Monday. During the week ending November 13th, Dallas County Health and Human Services also released a spreadsheet by Cities of the number of people over 18 years of age who have been vaccinated and the percentage of the population in that city that has been vaccinated. In DeSoto, that number was 78% with at least one dose of vaccine and 62% who were fully vaccinated.
