Who can get a COVID-19 vaccine? 

At this time, the vaccine is in limited supply. Vaccine is distributed in phases.

The Dallas County Health and Human Services Department (DCHHS) is collecting the names of Dallas County residents to register for the vaccine as it becomes available.

What is a phase? why does it matter?

Currently, the vaccine is distributed to Phase 1A and Phase 1B. To register for the vaccine, you need to be in Phase 1A or Phase 1B at this time.

Where do I register?

  1. Go to the COVID-19 Vaccine page: https://www.dallascounty.org/covid-19/covid-19-vaccination.php
  2. Click on the REGISTER FOR THE COVID VACCINE link.
  3. Fill out the registration form.
  4. Note: DCHHS also has a COVID-19 Hotline (469-749-9900). The hotline hours are Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. Registration assistance is available in English and Spanish.

I don't have a computer. Is there a paper form? 

Public computers are available at the library.
