Chapel Hill is located west of Hampton Road on Belt Line Road. This community formed a homeowners’ association in November of 1994. The association meets on a regular basis, usually at the DeSoto Civic Center. The purpose of the association is to improve the neighborhood while promoting safety and increase property values. This community has 195 households to date and will have 300 when all phases are built. The boundaries of this subdivision include Elerson to Belt Line Road, Belt Line Road to Cockrell Hill and Cockrell Hill to Lexington Lane.

 
The association is extremely active and has been a proud recipient of the Neighborhood Matching Grant Program. Funding was used to place signs near the entrances to the subdivision, clean the entry wall at Belt Line and landscaping for the Belt Line entrance.
