The Meadowbrook Estates Subdivision includes Mirkes Parkway, Beverly, Armstrong and the 1300 block of Mantlebrook. The Meadowbrook Subdivision consists of seventy-five (75) households.

Meadowbrook’s goal, as an association, is to improve the looks of the common areas and to improve the quality of life in the neighborhood by reducing crime and promoting community spirit.

The Meadowbrook Homeowners' Association (HOA) has enhanced the look of the neighborhood through the Neighborhood Grant Program. We have used the funds to focus on landscaping projects at the corner of Mantlebrook and Beverly and the cul-de-sac at the end of Mirkes Parkway. Several association members have spent in excess of 50 hours preparing the locations and planting such beautiful plants as wine cups, rosebushes, yarrow and Shasta daisies. Also, the association has constructed a neighborhood monument at the corner of Mantlebrook and Beverly.
