Chapel Hill II, Phase I is located east of Cockrell Hill Road on Belt Line Road. The community is adjacent to the Chapel Hill community. The homeowners' association was formed in December of 2005. The association meets twice annually. The purpose of the association is to improve the neighborhood while promoting safety and increase property values. The association works closely with Chapel Hill and Chapel Hill II, Phase II. Once all homes are built, the community will have approximately 300 homes.
