Nestled in the northwest quadrant of the city lies the desirable Club Ridge Estates, just 14 miles from downtown Dallas. With only 93 home sites this close knit community of choice was developed in 1985. The last remaining lot was developed in 2005.  Club Ridge Estates property owners are committed to excellence in neighborhood beautification, safety and community involvement, including an active Homeowners Association. During the last week in June, the Club Ridge Estates Homeowner’s Association sponsors a neighborhood picnic, where families enjoy great barbeque and community fellowship. Other annual events and activities include the City’s Adopt-A-Street Program, National Night Out, Neighborhood Watch, Rotary Flag Program, Holiday Caroling, Block Parties, Community Initiatives Grant Program, Property of the Month Program and a Holiday Lights Award Program for the best decorated home. Special committees include the Landscaping and Maintenance, the Welcome Committee and the Annual HOA Meeting.
