The Estates of Windmill Hill is located south of Highway 67 just east of Duncanville Road. The subdivision is adjacent to the Windmill Hill Preserve. This prestigious gated community has 57 homes and is surrounded by a gorgeous hilly tree line. Served by the Duncanville Independent School District, school-age children who reside in this vicinity would attend Alexander Elementary School, Brandenburg Intermediate School, Byrd Middle School and Duncanville High School.
 

The first homes in our area were built in 2001, and the mandatory Homeowner’s Association (HOA) was also formed around that time. The association’s goal is to promote neighborhood safety and give a sense of kinship among its residents. The HOA is extremely active and meets on a regular basis, typically at one of the neighborhood homes.
