Frost Farms is a community located just north of Pleasant Run and west of Westmoreland. The boundaries for this community include north Westmoreland Road to Longmeadow Lane and Newport to Bridgeport. This community is made up of approximately 85 homes.

The association is a mandatory association and was established in 1991. They hold regular meetings a few times a year for association members at the DeSoto Civic Center. The purpose of the association is to foster a sense of community and be a conduit between City government and our neighbors. We also exist to protect property values, and encourage compliance with covenants and standards to keep high the beauty and quality of life in our neighborhood, community and city.
